Jozo Weider Alpine Race and Freestyle Teams in Blue Mountain Resort (BMR) is Canada’s largest public ski club. Excellence in coaching, terrain, snow conditions and a challenging developmental program consistently turns out some of the top skiers in the province.
The Club is a joint effort between Jozo Weider Volunteer Committee (JWVC) and Blue Mountain Racing (BMR). Together we represent the largest public ski racing club in Canada, with some athletes travelling across Ontario and Canada, proudly representing the Jozo Weider Alpine Race and Freestyle Teams.
The Jozo Weider Volunteer Committee is a group of dedicated, fun-loving parent volunteers who support the ‘off-snow’ activities of Canada’s largest public ski club, complementing the ‘on-snow’ experience provided by BMR. The Committee represents all of the families who participate in BMR’s alpine racing, freestyle skiing, ski cross, and snowboard cross programs, working to enhance the experience of our athletes and their families.
Blue Mountain Racing (BMR) is responsible for “on snow” experience. Their responsibilities include technical training, assigning team coaches, selecting teams and organizing both home and away races.
You can join the club by purchasing Race and Freestyle Programs offered by Blue Mountain Resort, and by signing up for Jozo Membership.
Members, prospective members, and non-members are encouraged to subscribe to the Jozo newsletter. Newsletters are sent weekly through the ski season and periodically throughout the year to provide you with a one-stop shop to get all of the news and info you need to have a wicked ski season with the Jozo Weider Alpine Race and Freestyle Teams at BMR.
